Panteleimon Pantelis
Pantelis joined Ulysses in 1998 to assist with Customer Support.
Previously, he has worked in the Technical Department of Lyras Shipping and has firsthand experience in ship repairs, maintenance and operations.
Pantelis has a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Systems and is an Associate of the City and Guilds Institute.

Operations Director

Ariadne Thalassi joined Ulysses in 1997 as a member of the Legal Department.
Ariadne has experience in handling small and larger legal disputes in a range of corporate matters. She holds the position of Company Secretary and as such she is responsible for all corporate matters affecting the Company, including Accounts and Personnel.
Ariadne has a BA in Classics and has completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.


Dr. Kostas Dimopoulos
Product Development and Quality Manager

Dr. Kostas Dimopoulos joined Ulysses in 2006 as Product Development and Quality Manager.
Kostas has been working in the field of information technology research, consulting and management for over 25 years. During his career, he has been involved with the construction of development systems, digital signal processing, parallel architectures, factory automation, multimedia learning systems, electronic publishing, as well as e-business.
Kostas holds a PhD in Computer Science from the National University of Athens and a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Patras.

Antonis-Panagiotis Theofanopoulos

Global Support Manager

Antonis has been our Global Support Manager since May 2006 in the Services Department.
Antonis has served as a Project Manager at Velti in the Business Development Department, as Project Manager and Quality Assurance Officer at K-NET, as Project Manager at Exodus S.A., and as a Research Analyst at META Group GmbH, and INPUT GmbH.
His educational background includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree of Economic Sciences (Majors: Environmental Economics, Multinationals, Transportation, Information Systems) from the University “Justus Liebig Universität”, Germany.

Bernie Maginn
Technical Support Director

He joined Ulysses Systems in 2001 and has been involved with the design and implementation of our shipping applications ever since.
Bernie graduated from Liverpool Polytechnic in 1989. As part of his course he spent 18 months working in the Ship Operations and Engineering Dept. of British Maritime Technology in Wallsend.
Following graduation, he worked for 10 years at Anchor Marine (International) Ltd., a small software house in Liverpool, designing and building ship management applications such as stability and stress calculators, container terminal management systems, planned maintenance and purchasing systems, across many platforms.
Bernie is a holder of a BSc (Hons) in Maritime Studies.

Capt. Antonis H. Hatzimanolis
Shipping Expert-Senior Content Analyst

Captain Antonis H. Hatzimanolis joined Ulysses in 1998 in the Marketing and Sales Departments.
Before joining Ulysses, Antonis served Merchant Shipping for more than 15 years in all Officer positions and as Master.
As Ulysses consultant for Safety and Quality in Marine Operations, Antonis assists our clients to adapt their paper or applications-based systems to the integrated approach of the Task Assistant. Antonis offers expert advice on matters of company re-structuring requiring process variation and revision of Safety and Quality Systems.
He holds a Mater Mariner Class "A" license and a Diploma in Professional Studies from the University of Plymouth in International Shipping and Logistics Management.
