Stuart May has been with Ulysses since 1997, soon after its incorporation. Prior to Ulysses, he was a developer and product engineer at Toshiba Information Systems, WordPerfect UK and Serco plc, a large facilities management company. A specialist in areas of systems usability, model-based systems and knowledge management, Stuart received a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, a Masters degree in Information Systems Engineering and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).  top..


Panteleimon Pantelis
Services Director
Pantelis joined Ulysses in 1998 to assist Ulysses with supporting their customers. Previously, he has worked in the technical department in Lyras Shipping and has firsthand experience in ship repair, maintenance and operations. Pantelis has a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Systems and is an Associate of the City and Guilds Institute.   top..


Ariadne Thalassi
Company Secretary
Ariadne Thalassi joined Ulysses in 1997 as part of the Legal Department. Ariadne has experience in handling small and larger legal disputes in a range of corporate matters. She holds the position of Company Secretary and as such she is responsible for all corporate matters affecting the Company, including Accounts and Personnel. Ariadne has a BA in Classics and has completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.   top..

Dimitris Lyras
Advisor to the Board
Mr Lyras has a long-standing presence in the shipping industry, and has been involved in all aspects of shipping, ship management and ship operations, contracts of marine affreightment, and chartering. He is committed to the principles of the ISM code and is involved in many initiatives aimed at assisting the shipping industry in effectively applying the ISM requirements. In support of these initiatives, he has established collaboration with Universities in the development of educational packages, and has a special interest in on-line training schemes for shipboard personnel. Mr. Lyras is a member of the Information Technology Committee of Intertanko, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights, and a Freeman of the City of London.  top..
