In most companies the extent to which officers are expected to use Task Assistant varies according to the policy.
Although the crew usually have access to Task Assistant, they are not expected to use it as an integral part of their work. Task Assistant is, however, used to quickly distribute certain parts of the quality documentation to the crew.
