The training period of your crew is minimal, as Task Assistant is a highly intuitive system -- after just a few hours your crew will be able to use the system adeptly. After a few days they will be performing near an expert level. Furthermore, once the crew are familiar with Task Assistant they tend to train each other and new crew members.
