The Workbench is used only in the office by the system administrator for customising the Task Assistant system.
The Workbench offers the following functions:

Assignment of workflow between your staff for each document.
Assignment of roles and corresponding tasks of all the staff on board and offshore.
Assignment of distinctive divisions of your vessels into context that suits technical purchasing accounting categories.
Application of your company’s home culture.
Assignment of company filing.
Assignment or access rights of each role.
