Most documents are filed automatically as pre-defined by your company during customisation. If you would like to know any other administrative information on particulars, such as Filing, Creation, Workflow and System Privileges, select the form info button as you fill out a form.
Note that some communications, such as internal memos, are by their nature not pre-defined.
