Task: Plan for Port Arrival

Without Task Assistant With Task Assistant
It is unrealistic to expect the Master to look for such information in previous voyages. We can therefore conclude that the Master will not.
In the exceptional circumstance of his doing so he would need to open each voyage folder, one by one, and consult port or cargo information folders in each, in the hope of finding relevant and critical information. This, however, would be frustrating and time-consuming.
In Task Assistant, all critical information from current and previous voyages is available at the click of a mouse, without delay. This makes life easier for the Master and the Manager, saving them time. Also, the company is sure that the Master hasn’t missed any critical information.
