System Set up on Client Site

Our clients use the Workbench feature of the Task Assistant Platform to configure the system to their company profile. The system administrator using the Workbench can:

  • Enter your Safety management System manuals
  • Enter your company's own Quality and Safety Management System and other tabulated documents and reports
  • Assign workflow  for each document
  • Assign roles and corresponding tasks to all the onboard and offshore users
  • Assign distinctive divisions your company uses for its vessels into contexts to suit technical, purchasing or accounting categories
  • Apply your company's organizational profile
  • Assign access rights to each user
