ULYSSES SYSTEMS SIGNS JOINT MARKETING AGREEMENT WITH LEADING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION GROUP

DETROIT 29 April 2002: O'Brien Oil Pollution Service, Inc. (OOPS) and Ulysses Systems, Inc. have signed an agreement to jointly market their collaboration of maritime consulting services and the Ulysses' Task Assistant' applications for the marine industry.

OOPS is the market leader in marine operations, environmental and safety consulting services.
